Refund Policy

CustomAtlas sells one-time credit packs. There is no recurring subscription. Purchased credits are delivered to your account after Stripe confirms payment.

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase when the credits added by that purchase have not been used. We review the account ledger and payment record to confirm eligibility.

A credit is used when it unlocks a specific digital map configuration. Because delivery begins immediately, used credits are generally non-refundable unless the file is materially defective, the charge was unauthorized, or applicable law requires a refund.

If an export fails before delivery, the service is designed to return the reserved credits automatically. If a delivered file is materially defective, contact support with the map URL, format, and problem so we can replace the file, restore credits, or provide another legally required remedy.

Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly. We will investigate with Stripe and refund confirmed duplicate charges or provide the remedy required by law.

Email hi.customatlas@gmail.com from the address on your account. Include the purchase date, credit pack, Stripe receipt or payment reference, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.

We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank or card issuer may take additional business days to post them. Refunded credits may be removed from the account balance.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer right. If the law where you live gives you a longer cancellation period, a remedy for non-conforming digital content, or another mandatory protection, that law controls.
